Changes - Returns
What you’ve ordered does not suit you? – No problem.
BLUEBLUE BEACHWEAR offers you the right to return / change the product within 10 calendar days of receiving it. The product to be returned / changed should be unused, with all special markings in its original packaging and without the protective sticker been removed.
First fill out the following "Change-Return" form to file your request:

Product Changes:
The first change is FREE.
- If you want a product of the same value, then the courier will deliver your new order to your door without any extra charges, if it is the first change.
- If you want a higher value product, then you have to give the courier the difference in price or enter it in the company's account via a credit / debit card depending on your original order.
- If you want a lower value product, then a post will be sent to confirm the difference of the remaining money and this amount will be deducted in your next purchase, whenever this may be.
If the product is discounted , the transport costs for changing the product are 5€.
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, BLUEBLUE Beachwear gives you the right to get your money back within 10 calendar days of receiving it.
The refund amount deducts the amount of € 10 relating to transportation costs for the delivery of the product to our company.

In the case of a credit / debit card purchase, the indemnities will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that there is no refund but a change in a discount product.
The return process usually takes 3-6 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company. This is because all returns go through the quality control process before they reach the e-shop office for customer information. So when your return arrives at the office of the e-shop you will receive the necessary information.
If a defect in quality control is found in the returned product, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
ABROAD
In the event that you wish to change or return a product, select the cash back in the above FORM FOR changes - Returns.
You can make any future purchase you want anew.
The cost of shipping to return the product to us is charged to the customer. You ship with any courier serves you, or with the mail of each country. In the case of a refund, we will need Greek bank details. Return items must be accompanied by a shipping number so that they can be tracked as no money can be refunded for the lost or never received item.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it will be free of charge if it has not been delivered to the carrier. If shipping has started, then you will be charged € 5 for shipping.
